AI agents for business

An AI agent should do the work, not merely talk about it.

At MorenaTech, an AI agent is a system that receives a goal, chooses its next actions within defined boundaries, uses tools, and reacts to the outcome. If a system only answers questions or generates text on request, we treat it as an AI assistant.

What separates an AI agent from an AI assistant?

An assistant helps a person perform a task. An agent receives a defined responsibility and can carry a task or a small process from input to outcome, with human approval wherever it is needed.

AI assistant

  • waits for the user's next instruction
  • answers, summarizes, or prepares content
  • usually does not independently execute the next actions in business systems

AI agent

  • has a clear goal and operating boundaries
  • chooses the next step based on context and previous results
  • uses tools, keeps state, and escalates exceptions

AI agents for business

Two small scopes. Real agency.

A low entry price does not mean a chatbot wearing an agent badge. We limit responsibility, integrations, and process complexity, while the agent still performs actions independently.

one task

AI Agent Starter

PLN 1,500 + VAT

A real agent with a narrow and clearly bounded responsibility.

Scope criteria

  • 1 concrete business goal
  • 1 process or 1 class of cases
  • up to 1–2 data sources
  • up to 1–2 tools or integrations
  • a small set of defined decision types
  • basic state for the current task
  • simple retry and human escalation
  • independent action within a limited scope

Three examples

  1. 1Document agent: identifies document type, checks completeness, extracts data, and routes it further.
  2. 2Inquiry triage agent: analyzes an email or form, classifies the case and priority, then selects the next path.
  3. 3Data quality agent: finds missing or inconsistent CRM, sheet, or form data, fixes simple cases, and escalates exceptions.
small workflow

AI Agent Workflow

PLN 2,500 + VAT

An agent that runs a small multi-step process and adapts to what happens along the way.

Scope criteria

  • 1 business process
  • typically 2–4 process stages
  • up to 2–4 data sources or tools
  • next-step selection based on previous outcomes
  • several alternative scenarios
  • process state preserved between stages
  • retry, route changes, and escalation
  • basic action history

Three examples

  1. 1Quote inquiry agent: analyzes the message, checks data, finds missing information, prepares a response, and continues after the customer replies.
  2. 2Lead handling agent: gathers information, qualifies a lead, selects the next path, prepares communication, and updates the CRM.
  3. 3Event staffing agent: selects technicians by skill, score, and availability, contacts them, and chooses the next candidate after a refusal.

AI Agent Custom

More systems, advanced RAG, longer workflows, custom backend work, large admin panels, or multi-agent systems fall outside the PLN 1,500 / 2,500 packages.

custom quote

What the implementation includes

  • a short process and responsibility-boundary analysis
  • implementation and configuration of the agreed tools
  • safety rules and escalation points
  • tests for main scenarios and failure cases
  • deployment and short usage documentation

Quoted separately

  • hosting, VPS, and AI model API costs
  • paid external systems and integrations
  • data migrations and large cleanup work
  • large admin panels and custom backend development
  • scope extensions after deployment

Where do AI agents fit best?

Inquiries and customer service

When cases are similar but not identical and require understanding, data checks, and a next-action decision.

Documents and administration

When a document must be understood, checked for completeness, classified, and routed into the correct next step.

Sales and operations

When work requires research, qualification, CRM actions, resource planning, or reactions to replies and exceptions.

Controlled autonomy

A good agent does not need unlimited permissions. It receives only the necessary tools, known data sources, limits, and rules. Risky operations can require human approval. The goal is agency, not uncontrolled autonomy.

Do you have a process an agent could take over?

Describe one task or workflow that currently requires manual analysis and several follow-up actions. We will check whether it fits Agent Starter, Agent Workflow, classic automation, or a custom quote.
